Accessibility and Special Needs?
- ADA Parking
Designated handicapped parking is available on all three levels of the parking garage, handicapped placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires payment at the automated pay stations. Please arrive early to ensure adequate parking and accommodations.
All elevators provide our guests with special needs access to each level of the Forum River Center Center.
The center has wheelchair accessible entrances but no automatic doors.
All restroom facilities in the Forum River Center are accessible for all of our guests and are compliant with ADA standards.
The Forum River Center Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels
- Guide Dogs / Service Animals
Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.
Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification.
There is an ATM machine on site. It is located on the first floor in the main concourse.
Baby Changing Stations?
Baby Changing Stations are located in all public restrooms on the first and second floor.
Bag / Purse Policy?
Guests entering the Forum River Center Center are subject to search at the discretion of Management. Forum River Center does not provide storage for any confiscated baggage.
Banners and Signs?
Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, include obscure advertising, impede the operation of Forum River Center, contain objectionable subject matter, and/or are commercial in nature are not permitted. Banners and signs will be checked at the entrance and are subject to confiscation by the the Facility Manager.
Camera and Recording Devices?
Professional cameras and/or cameras with exchangeable lenses are prohibited unless accompanied by appropriate media credentials. Cameras without a flash may be allowed for some events. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in Forum River Center unless specifically approved. Selfie sticks are prohibited. Some sporting events may allow still photography but not video recording devices. Please check the event details page for specific policies for what is allowed for each event or contact the Box Office Manager for specific questions at 706-291-5281.
Be aware that if you bring a camera to a show that does not permit cameras, you will be asked by Security to return the camera to your vehicle before you enter the facility.
The ticket holder grants permission to the facility and its agents to use the image and/or likeness in connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part of any event.
Concessions / Food & Beverage?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in Forum River Center. However, there is a wide variety of food and beverage items available to guests once inside the Forum.

Doors open at varying times according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter or artist. For specific show information please visit the show’s web page or Facebook event.
Ejections / Guest Removal?
The Forum River Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, Forum River Center has established the following guidelines: Guests interfering with other guest's ability to enjoy the event may be removed. Any person who threatens or has the potential to threaten the safety of another within Forum River Center will be ejected. Individuals who appear intoxicated will not be permitted in the building. Guests using verbally abusive or offensive language or inappropriate or unacceptable gestures may be ejected from Forum River Center.
The passenger elevators are for use only in conjunction with meeting room rental, event or attendee access and may not be blocked or used to transport freight or equipment. Elevators are for priority use of disabled guests; all other guests should use stairwells when possible.
Please locate nearest exit and follow the emergency signage.

Lost & Found?
Forum River Center makes every effort to return lost items back to the rightful owner. To claim an item that you have lost while at the venue, please leave a message on our office line: 706-291-5281. Be sure to include a description of the item, event name, the date that you lost it and your contact information and please include a phone number. Alternatively, you can email all of this information to email@example.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Ticket Policy?
Lost and stolen tickets may only able to be replaced at the Box Office The purchaser of record must bring the credit card used for purchase and a valid, matching photo ID in order to have the tickets replaced. Unfortunately, Forum River Center is unable to reprint tickets that were purchased via third party or resale sites. Please contact your point of purchase for assistance in those cases.
Forum River Center is proud to offer free WiFi through the venue. You do no need a password. The WiFi is free. Depending on your location in the venue, the signal strength may vary.
