Accessibility and Special Needs?

  • ADA Parking

    Designated handicapped parking is available on all three levels of the parking garage, handicapped placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires payment at the automated pay stations. Please arrive early to ensure adequate parking and accommodations.

  • Elevators 

    All elevators provide our guests with special needs access to each level of the Forum River Center Center.

  • Entrance

    The center has wheelchair accessible entrances but no automatic doors.

  • Restrooms

    All restroom facilities in the Forum River Center are accessible for all of our guests and are compliant with ADA standards.

  • Seating

    The Forum River Center Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels

  • Guide Dogs / Service Animals

    Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.

Alcohol Policy?

Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification.

ATM machines?

There is an ATM machine on site. It is located on the first floor in the main concourse.

Baby Changing Stations?

Baby Changing Stations are located in all public restrooms on the first and second floor.

Backstage Passes?

Backstage passes for concerts are not available through Forum River Center. For backstage pass inquiries, please contact the event promoter.

Bag / Purse Policy?

Guests entering the Forum River Center Center are subject to search at the discretion of Management. Forum River Center does not provide storage for any confiscated baggage. 

Banners and Signs?

Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, include obscure advertising, impede the operation of Forum River Center, contain objectionable subject matter, and/or are commercial in nature are not permitted.  Banners and signs will be checked at the entrance and are subject to confiscation by the the Facility Manager. 

Camera and Recording Devices?

Professional cameras and/or cameras with exchangeable lenses are prohibited unless accompanied by appropriate media credentials. Cameras without a flash may be allowed for some events. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in Forum River Center unless specifically approved. Selfie sticks are prohibited. Some sporting events may allow still photography but not video recording devices. Please check the event details page for specific policies for what is allowed for each event or contact the Box Office Manager for specific questions at 706-291-5281.

Be aware that if you bring a camera to a show that does not permit cameras, you will be asked by Security to return the camera to your vehicle before you enter the facility.

The ticket holder grants permission to the facility and its agents to use the image and/or likeness in connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part of any event.

Cell Phone Usage?

Cellular phones are permitted inside Forum River Center provided their use is not disruptive to the performance, event or the surrounding guests. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the artist / event.

Concessions / Food & Beverage?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in Rome River Center. However, there is a wide variety of food and beverage items available to guests once inside the Forum.

Designated Driver Program?

Forum River Center does not currently have a Designated Driver Program set up but we are working on one with popular services such as Lyft & Uber. If you choose to consume alcohol at the venue please drink responsibly and make plans in advance to ensure your safety. Our ticket selling partner, Ticket Alternative, does offer a discount code for Uber at the time of your ticket purchase. 

Door Time?

Doors open at varying times according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter or artist. For information on a specific event, please call (706) 291-5281.

Ejections / Guest Removal?

The Forum River Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, Forum River Center has established the following guidelines: Guests interfering with other guest's ability to enjoy the event may be removed. Any person who threatens or has the potential to threaten the safety of another within Forum River Center will be ejected. Individuals who appear intoxicated will not be permitted in the building. Guests using verbally abusive or offensive language or inappropriate or unacceptable gestures may be ejected from Forum River Center.

Elevators?

The passenger elevators are for use only in conjunction with meeting room rental, event or attendee access and may not be blocked or used to transport freight or equipment. Elevators are for priority use of disabled guests; all other guests should use stairwells and escalators when possible.

Emergency Evacuation?

In the event of an emergency, please follow the direction of Forum River Center staff for your safety and the safety of others. It is always a good idea to notice Exit signs when entering any facility.

Event Booking?

Forum River Center offers a variety of event spaces that accommodate the needs of a small business meeting to a large-scale concert.  If you would like to host a business meeting or special event at Forum River Center please contact us at 706-314-0719 or send email to events@forumrivercenter.com

Flyers?

The distribution of any flyers, leaflets, stickers, or petitions on Forum River Center property must be approved from management in writing prior to the event.

Guest Services?

The Guest Services team can provide guests with information on general information that attendees may have about Forum River Center and the City of Rome. The Guest Services desk is a great tool for helping you optimize your visit.

Lost & Found?

Forum River Center makes every effort to return lost items back to the rightful owner. To claim an item that you have lost while at the venue, please leave a message on our hotline: 706-291-5281. Be sure to include a description of the item, event name, the date that you lost it and your contact information and please include a phone number. Alternatively, you can email all of this information to events@forumrivercenter.com.

Lost Guest?

If a member of your party is lost, please notify a Guest Services Representative.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Ticket Policy?

Lost and stolen tickets may only able to be replaced at the Box Office The purchaser of record must bring the credit card used for purchase and a valid, matching photo ID in order to have the tickets replaced. Unfortunately, Forum River Center is unable to reprint tickets that were purchased via third party or resale sites. Please contact your point of purchase for assistance in those cases.

Media Credentials?

Media credentials for concerts and events are approved through the event promoter and tour publicist. Requests must be submitted via email to events@forumrivercenter.com at least one week prior to the event date. Consideration will only be given to requests made by accredited members of the media.

Forum River Center is proud to offer free WiFi through the venue. You do no need a password. The WiFi is free. Depending on your location in the venue, the signal strength may vary.
