Does the venue offer Accessibility and Special Needs assistance?
Accessible Parking
The Forum offers accessible parking at our adjacent parking deck. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are located adjacent to the elevator on floors 2-4.
Accessible Seating
The Forum has many accessible seating options available in all price ranges. Guests in need of accessible seats may purchase tickets online through Freshtix at www.freshtix.com. Elevators and Escalators
Elevators are for the priority use of guests with accessibility needs; all other guests should use stairwells. An elevator is located at the main front door entry lobby – on the right side of the lobby.
Does the venue offer Backstage Passes?
Backstage passes are not available through The Forum. For backstage pass inquiries, please contact the artists’ record label or the event promoter. If VIP or backstage passes are available to the publc, they will be promoted on the ticket webpage.
Can I post flyers throughout the venue?
The distribution of any flyers, leaflets, stickers, or petitions on The Forum property must be approved by management in writing prior to the event.
When do the gates open for events?
Gates will generally open 60 minutes prior to the event starting. This is subject to change depending on the type of event being hosted. An event’s door time can be found on the event ticket sale page.
What is the refund policy?
Freshtix is the official ticket vendor of The Forum. The information below pertains only to tickets purchased through Freshtix. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through resellers or third-party outlets; your ticket is not guaranteed when purchased through a reseller or a third party, and you may not receive communications about the event or event changes. If you did not purchase your tickets through Freshtix, please contact the point of purchase for information on refunds.
All Freshtix ticket sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines and are only allowed in limited circumstances.
If your event is rescheduled, postponed, or rescheduled, you will receive an email from Freshtix with more information specific to your event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash or card is accepted at Forum concessions. However, tickets for ticketed events will need to be paid with card on the Forum’s Events page through FreshTix.
Can I take photos?
Yes, photos are allowed unless stated otherwise. Please be mindful of flash photography.
Upon entering Forum River Center, you give permission to be included in photos for future promotions.
What is the Bag Policy?
Attendees are allowed to bring one single clear bag or a clear one-gallon plastic storage bag.

- No backpacks
- No firearms
- No pocket knives

Event Parking
A flat fee is charged for parking. *Rates vary by event. Attendant on-site.
- Event parking rates typically go into effect 2 hours prior to start of event.
General Parking
The first hour of parking is free, additional hours are $1 per hour up to $8 max.
- You must “register” on the app or at the kiosk to get the first hour free.
- Your vehicle plate must be visible and registered by using the parking deck kiosk or by using the ParkMobile app.
- Do not park in spaces marked “RESERVED”; vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense.
Street Parking
Additional street parking is located in Downtown Rome; there is a 3-hour per day time limit for on-street parking.
Is alcohol served at the venue?
Alcohol is available for purchase with cash or card at the Forum River Center for designated events. No outside food or drink is allowed.
Are signs allowed in the venue?
Signs for concerts are allowed, but be respectful in the use of signs.
